How to make
Cut the onion and fry it in oil. Add the chopped peppers and after a few minutes - the tomatoes.
Leave the dish to cook over low heat until the vegetables have softened. Then add the boiled beans and the lightly beaten eggs.
Stir until the eggs are fully cooked.
Remove the dish from the heat and add the crumbled cheese.
Mix well and serve the mish-mash with chopped parsley.
The mish-mash with beans is ready.
