How to make
In the round Camembert cut out a lid, by leaving about 1 cm from the edges.
Put a full spoonful of blueberries and close the lid with light pressure.
Wrap the cheese in two filo pastry sheets and spread them a little olive oil to make them stick together.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease it with the remaining olive oil.
Bake the cheese on all sides, by turning it carefully with large tongs or a spatula.
First, bake it on the side where the filo pastry sheets join, so that they will stick well.
Turn the cheese into the filo pastry sheets and set it aside briefly.
It is very important that the cheese is at room temperature, because if it has just been removed from the refrigerator, there is a risk that it will stay cold inside.
Serve the baked Camembert with blueberries in filo pastry sheets warm and garnished with more blueberries - fresh or from jam with whole fruits.
