  • black pepper

  • breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp.
  • basil - 1 tbsp.
  • thyme - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • oregano - 1 tsp.
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp.
  • garlic - 1 clove

How to make

The fish is cleaned and cut into slices.

Dry them with a towel and sprinkle them with black pepper and a little lemon juice.

The breadcrumbs are mixed with the corn flour and dry spices - basil, oregano, thyme and black pepper into a bowl.

Heat the olive oil and fry the garlic in it and then remove it from the heat.

Each piece of fish is rolled very well in the corn flour with breadcrumbs and spices and it is fried in heated fat on both sides until it aquires a golden color. They are then placed onto kitchen paper.

The fried fish is served with a side dish of your choice.
