How to make
Cut the peppers into chunky pieces and peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
In 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water add 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil, the freshly chopped spices and a little salt.
Pour the aromatic liquid into a baking pan and arrange a layer of potatoes on the bottom. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, black pepper and salt.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees). Bake the potatoes for 15 minutes and remove them from the oven to add the peppers and garlic cloves (peeled but whole).
Sprinkle with a little more olive oil and salt and pour water, if it has evaporated. Bake the vegetables until they're fully cooked.
Serve them as a side dish to a dish of your choice.
The garnish of baked potatoes and peppers is very tasty.
