How to cook
Wash the potatoes well under running water with a sponge. Boil until almost ready in salted water.
Cool in cold water and drain the water. Peel them, and if they are bigger cut them into halves or quarters.
Heat the olive oil in a pan with a lump of butter and fry the potatoes at a medium temperature for 5-10 minutes.
Combine the finely chopped dill, garlic and salt, and mix with the potatoes before serving.
If desired, you can add coarsely ground hot red pepper or finely chopped small hot pepper.
