Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 28 oz (800 g), large and uniform
  • onions - 1 head
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • ham - 4.5 oz (125 g)
  • mayonnaise - 2/3 cup (150 g), light
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch

How to make

Carve out the washed tomatoes, add salt and leave them to drain.

The julienned mushrooms are stewed in very little oil and a little water. Add the finely chopped onion and ham, mayonnaise and chopped parsley.

Stuff the resulting mixture into the tomatoes.
