How to make
Cut the lamb into chunks, then season it with chili, thyme, salt and the ras el hanout.
Fry it in a pan with heated oil. Transfer it into a pot and fry the chopped onion and garlic in the same fat in the pan.
Shortly afterwards, add the chopped peppers. Once the vegetables have softened, add the diced potatoes and diced tomatoes.
Transfer the vegetables into the pot with the lamb. Pour 2 cups of warm water and season it with salt. Put a lid on and cook the lamb over medium heat for about 2 hours.
Finally, season the stewed lamb with fresh parsley and serve it.
The Arabic stewed lamb is very tasty.
