How to make
Clean and wash the onions and pepper, cut them into thin strips and braise for a few min. with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste.
Wash the lettuce and tomato, cut lettuce into thin strips as well, add the finely sliced tomato (can cut it into crescents, round slices or cubes) and leave aside.
Preparing the sauce: Blend the mint leaves and parsley with the yoghurt, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Cut the lamb meat into thin slices and braise them with 1 tbsp olive oil and salt for a few min.
Heat each pita a bit and cut along one side to form a pocket. Distribute onions, peppers, meat and the tomato salad in each.
Finish off with the sauce made from the yoghurt, mint and parsley, serve immediately while still warm.
