How to make
Wash the rice and drain it well. Heat 1/3 cup (80 ml) of oil in a pan on the stove and fry the chopped leeks. Add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms and then the rice.
Stir until they fry and flavour with spices and soya sauce. Transfer the rice to a pan, distribute the chicken wings on it and add about 4 cups of hot water.
Put the dish to bake in a moderately heated oven until the liquid is absorbed by the rice. Serve the wings with rice with a little crushed fresh parsley.
