In a food processor, first grind the nuts, then add the other ingredients - dates, butter, shavings and carob powder.
Stevia can be added if you like.
The mixture is thick and sticky, balls are formed from it and the vegan sweets are rolled in coconut shavings.
Place them in the refrigerator to firm up.
