  • couscous - 1 packet (400 g)
  • water - 5 cups (1.2 liters)
  • himalayan salt - 1 pinch
  • pears - 2 pcs.
  • apples - 2 - 3 pcs. (medium - sized)
  • dates - 9 pcs. (fresh)
  • pumpkin seeds - 3 tbsp. (raw)
  • cashew - 1 handful
  • honey - about 4 - 5 tbsp. (by taste)

How to make

An interesting idea for a satisfying and at the same time delicate in taste - morning or afternoon breakfast is this sweet honey couscous with fruit.

Pour 1 pinch of Himalayan salt and couscous into boiling water. While it's boiling, stir it frequently to avoid it sticking to the bottom.

When the couscous is ready, wash it with cold water, so that the grains harden and strain the water. Leave it to cool for a while and during this time peel and cut the fruit - apples and pears.

Pit the dates and cut them into pieces. Sweeten the couscous with as much honey as you like and mix it with fruit, dates, raw pumpkin seeds and cashews.

Divide the couscous with fruit, dates and cashews in 3 portions and serve it.
