Ingredients

  • flour - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • yogurt - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • salt - 1 level top tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • dry yeast - 1 packet (10 g)
  • oil - 4 - 5 tbsp.
  • lukewarm water - 1 tsp.
  • tofu - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • tomatoes - 1 - 2 pcs.

How to make

Sift the flour, add the sugar, salt and yeast. Beat the two eggs in a bowl, add the yogurt, oil and water. Stir and pour the liquid ingredients into the flour.

Knead a soft dough with a non-sticky consistency (if necessary, add flour or water). Cover the dough with foil and leave it to rise.

From the finished dough form small balls. Press each ball in the middle, put a piece of tofu in it and a piece of tomato.

Beat the third egg with a little oil. Brush the buns with the mixture. Bake the small buns in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) until they aquire a golden brown color.

Eat them while they're warm. The small tofu buns are wonderfully delicious.
