How to make
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and salt. Sift the flour and knead this into dough.
Lastly, add the oil and once again knead the dough. Leave in a warm place to double in size. Re- mix the yeasted dough by adding chopped salt and spices.
Divide into 18 pieces (1 oz (22 grams) each) and shape into small balls which are arranged in a greased baking tray. Cover and leave for 20 to 30 minutes to rest.
Spread the top with milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 °C) for 10-12 minutes.
