How to make
The tofu is crumbled and mixed with basil, oregano, salt and a little fat.
Mix well and set it aside.
The dock is washed and the veins are removed. The leaves are shredded.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Fry the onion and garlic with mint and salt in heated oil.
The dock is then added to them. When it softens and it's ready, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
In a greased baking pan place 2 filo pastry sheets and make a cross cut in the middle.
Add another sheet and pour a little fat on it and spread some of the tofu.
Add another 2-3 filo pastry sheets and part of the dock. Pour a little sparkling water over the spring pastry.
Add another 2-3 more filo pastry sheets with fat, tofu and sparkling water, then again more filo pastry sheets, dock and sparkling water.
This is continued until you run out of products. Finish it off with with 1-2 filo pastry sheets.
Using a toothpick or skewer, pierce the green pastry and pour some more sparkling water.
The filo pastry with dock and tofu is baked at 340°F (170°C), first only heat the lower resistor wire and then on both of them until it's fully baked.
