Ingredients

  • flour - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • butter - 9 oz (250 g)
  • powdered sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • almonds - 5.3 oz (150 g) (raw, peeled, ground)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • vanilla - 2 pcs.
  • salt - a pinch
  • crystal sugar - 1.7 oz (50 g)

How to make

Sift the flour with a pinch of salt into a bowl.

Add the egg, powdered sugar, 1 vanilla sachet, ground almonds and sliced ​​cold butter.

Knead a soft and smooth dough. Wrap it in a piece of nylon and refrigerate it for 1 hour.

To make it easier for you, divide the cooled dough into two equal parts.

Make them into rolls and cut them into 0.8″ (2 cm) pieces. Shape them into small crescents.

Arrange the crescents in a tray covered with baking paper.
