Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 packet, sheets
  • butter - 1 cup
  • feta cheese - 14 oz (400 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • parsley - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Mix all the products for the filling. Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 °C).

Onto each phyllo pastry sheet, sprinkle oil, distribute 2 tablespoons of the filling and wrap it in a roll.

Coat the bottom of the tray with butter and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Serve this pie warm.
