  • shrimp - 10.6 oz (300 g) cleaned
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • fresh garlic - 1 stalk
  • dill
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

How to make

Heat the butter in a ceramic pan and add the finely chopped garlic.

Once the garlic aquires a golden color, add the shrimp. Season with as much salt as you like.

Add the white wine and fry the shrimp, until they're ready.

When the pan-fried shrimp are ready, remove them from the pan and sprinkle them with fresh garlic.

The pan-fried shrimp with butter go perfectly with a glass of chilled white wine.
