How to make
Clean the dock from the veins and finely chop it along with the spring onions.
Heat the oil and stew the greens in it. Once they soften, add a little flour to fry them.
Sprinkle them with paprika and pour a glass of water. Stir well so that no lumps form.
Beat the eggs separately and add them into the pan. Stir the porridge and then season it with a little paprika, if you like.
The spring porridge with dock, eggs and spring onions is very tasty.
