How to make
The apples are washed and carved out. A pepper cleaner can be used for easier carving.
The prunes and dates are cut into small pieces. The raisins, honey, cinnamon and rum are added to them.
Stir the mixture and fill the apples with it.
Arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper.
The aromatic stuffed apples are baked at 360°F (180°C) until they soften.
