How to make
Put the clams in salted water for 30 minutes to release the sand they contain in their shells. Strain and dry the seafood.
Heat a frying pan with half of the olive oil and fry the chopped fresh garlic in it.
In another pan, pour the remaining olive oil, so that its entire surface is greased. Once it has warmed up well, add the clams and shake periodically until all open up - about 2 minutes.
Add salt if you like.
Transfer the seafood into a plate and spread the fresh garlic on top.
Serve the pan-fried clams with a glass of white wine.
Enjoy your meal.
