How to make
Boil the macaroni according to the manufacturer's instructions. Strain them and add half of the butter and 2 tbsp. of sugar. Stir until it dissolves and mix everything.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and the remaining sugar.
Grab 4 fireproof cups with a capacity of 200-250 ml. Fill them with the butter flavored macaroni, crumble the white cheese on them and pour the egg-milk mixture on top.
Put pieces of the remaining butter in each cup and sprinkle each portion with a little brown sugar.
Bake them in preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 25 minutes or until they aquire a golden brown color.
