Ingredients

  • tagliatelle - 8 oz (220 g)
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
  • tomatoes - 4 pcs.
  • onions - 1/2 onion
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • olive oil - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml)
  • parmesan - 1.2 oz (35 g)
  • basil - 6 fresh leaves
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Immerse the tomatoes in boiling water and then peel them.

Finely chop the garlic and onion and fry them in a little olive oil.

Grate the tomatoes on a coarse grater and add them to the onion along with the basil, black pepper and salt.

Leave the sauce to simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Boil the pasta in slightly salted water.

Take it out and pour it into this Neapolitan tomato sauce - mix everything well.

Distribute this delicious pasta into several portions and sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese.
