How to make
Cut the onion into crescents. Fry them in ghee until they aquire a nice brownish color.
Cut the pickles into circles and the cherry tomatoes in half.
Chop the iceberg lettuce into small pieces.
Cut the sweet potatoes into strips and fry them in a fryer, but be sure to sprinkle them with olive oil before turning on the appliance. Bake them for 8 minutes at 200°C.
Then bake the burgers. I use an appliance - OptiGrill.
Bake the burgers lightly, but only on the inside.
I use the OptiGrill again - for faster and easier baking.
Assemble the burger, by alternating the products as you like.
I spread the burger bun with herbal butter while it was still warm and then I arranged the products.
Enjoy my homemade burger, which is ready in only 30 minutes!
