How to make
Finely chop the onion.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion along with the noodles for no more than 3-4 minutes.
Blend the tomatoes along with the garlic. Transfer them into a saucepan along with the broth.
Season with cumin, black pepper and salt. Put the lid on and boil the tomato soup over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Add the fried noodles and garlic. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
You can sprinkle the finished soup with coriander or parsley. Serve it immediately, because if it's left for a longer time the noodles will soften too a lot.
The lean tomato soup with noodles is very tasty.
