How to make
Rub the pork chops with a little salt and spices. Put them in a bowl and pour the beer in which you have mixed the yogurt.
Leave them to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator. Remove them 30 minutes before baking.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 degrees). Pour some of the fat on the bottom of the baking pan, arrange the marinated pork chops and pour the beer and yogurt over them. Drizzle them with more oil.
Bake until you see that the liquid is reduced by half. Do not bake the pork chops for too long to keep them juicy.
The pork chops with beer marinade are very tasty.
