How to make

The onions are washed and cut into crescents. The carrots are washed and grated - should be thinly sliced.

Then fry them in a pan until they aquire a golden color.

Add the washed rice along with 2 glasses of water. Wait until the rice is ready and add the tomatoes along with the sugar.

Then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.

Remove it from the pan and serve the stew in a soup plate with a ball of sour cream in the middle.
