How to make
Clean and wash the chicken, cut it into portions and dry them with a kitchen towel.
In a pot, heat the oil and fry the chicken until it aquires a golden color on all sides.
Remove the meat and fry the sliced onions in the same oil.
Add one peeled and diced tomato and after a short while add the paprika.
Pour the mixture with hot water and place the chicken back into the pot to cook.
Add the remaining peeled and diced tomatoes, hot peppers, black pepper grains and bay leaves. Boil the chicken stew over medium heat until the meat is ready.
Mix the flour in a little cold water and add it, add as much salt as you like and sprinkle with savory herb.
Once it boils, remove the village-style stew from the heat.
When serving, sprinkle the chicken stew with finely chopped parsley.
