How to make
Clean the chicken and cut it into portions. Cut the onion into slices and fry it in hot oil along with the chicken. Add the flour and fry it as well. Sprinkle with paprika and pour 2 cups of hot water.
Once the dish boils, add the finely chopped peppers and tomatoes, which you have cut into larger pieces. Add as much salt as you like and keep boiling it over low heat.
Before serving, sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley.
