How to make
Crack the two eggs into a bowl and add the egg whites. Pour the tuna, break up the mozzarella and cheese into bulky pieces. Stir without beating, just enough to mix the products.
Grease a small round Teflon baking pan with oil and pour the mixture in it.
Bake the omelette in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) until it aquires a golden color.
Turn it over into a wide plate and serve it immediately.
The baked omelette with tuna is ready.
