How to make
Chop the cabbage and sauté it until soft in a little oil with cabbage juice. Separately, boil the rice in 1 1/2 cups of salted water.
Mix the boiled rice with cheese with crushed parsley and black pepper to taste. Spread half the cabbage in a greased tray, put rice on top and then place the second cabbage half.
Add milk and beaten eggs to the moussaka. Bake in a heated oven until browned.
