How to make
Chop the cleaned onion finely. Clean the peppers and roast them. Peel them and cut them into tiny pieces. Peel the tomatoes and grate them.
Put everything in a large wooden mortar and pestle and start mashing with the pestle until it becomes a smooth puree. Finally, mix with the oil and salt. Allow the mixture to sit for several hours.
Then this chutney is ready for consumption.
