Ingredients

  • pork - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 1 head
  • peppers - 4
  • tomatoes - 4
  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • peas - 4 tablespoons
  • broth - 1 cube
  • oil
  • flour

How to make

Cut the meat into thin strips, salt and sprinkle it with flour. Fry gently, add a little broth, dissolved in water, and stew until soft.

Separately, sauté the sliced mushrooms, onions and peppers. Lastly, add the roundly sliced tomatoes and bits of meat. Stew until just the oil remains.

The freedom fighter goulash is served hot.
