How to make
At the bottom of a prepared 1 liter jar, place the herbs, chopped garlic cloves and pour the vegetable oil.
Then arrange the green tomatoes, cut into slices.
Add sugar, salt, bay leaf and black pepper to the water and boil it.
Pour the prepared marinade, while it's still hot, over the tomatoes.
Close the jars with a lid.
Sterilize them for 10 minutes.
Delicious marinated green tomatoes!
