How to make
Chop the onion, garlic and carrots finely, and saute in a pot with a drizzle of olive oil.
Once cooked add the green beans and paprika, and stir.
Pour in enough hot water to cover all the ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper. After 15-20 minutes add the tomatoes, skinned and chopped.
Dissolve the flour into a little cold water and add it to the pot. Sprinkle the chopped parsley and dried savory on top and serve with a scoop of Greek yogurt on the side.
The green beans are ready!
