How to make
The fresh olives are cleaned and washed. Split them slightly with a knife and place them in a deep bowl, then cover them with boiling water. Leave the bowl in a cool place and in the next few days the water is changed by adding a cold water.
The goal is to remove their bitterness. Then the water is changed again and the olives are mixed with the lemons, lemon juice, salt and covered again in water.
The bowl in which they are needs to also be covered. After 6-7 days, the olives are removed from the brine and distributed into jars.
Add olive oil and close the jars. Sterilization is not required.
