Ingredients

  • hake fillet - 1.1 lb (500 g)

  • salt
  • oil
measures

How to make

Cut the fish fillet into thin strips and season them with salt! You can freeze it slightly, so that cutting is easier.

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and in another bowl pour the flour.

Pour the cornflakes into a large bowl and break them slightly. Pour the oil into a pan and heat it.

Bread the fish first in the flour, then in the eggs and finally, roll it in the cornflakes.

Fry on both sides until the fish aquires a golden color and serve them with lemon.

The breaded hake is ready.
