How to make
We clean the ears well and wash them.
Put them in a pot and fill it with enough water to cover them completely.
Add the bay leaf, black peppercorns and salt.
Boil them for about 1.5-2 hours and you can also use a pressure cooker.
Take out the prepared pork ears, sprinkle them with soy sauce and pre-cleaned and pressed garlic cloves.
Sprinkle them with paprika on top.
Leave them like this for about an hour or more.
Turn on the grill and after it is well heated, put the ears on it.
Grill them on both sides.
The grilled marinated pork ears are very tasty.
