Ingredients

  • tagliatelle - 1 package (500 g)
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • for the pesto
  • pine nuts - 4 tbsp. + for sprinkling
  • fresh basil leaves - about 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parmesan - 1.7 oz (50 g) + for sprinkling
  • olive oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml) + extra

How to make

Boil the tagliatelle according to the steps on the package. Prepare the Genovese pesto during this time. Mix the products for it in a bowl and make sure to wash the basil leaves well. Blend everything.
