Ingredients

  • macaroni - 9 oz (250 g)
  • spinach - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • milk - 1 cup
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)

How to make

Boil the spinach in a little salted water. Drain it, chop it finely and mix it with the grated feta cheese and 2 beaten eggs. Boil and drain the pasta.

In a buttered fireproof dish, arrange the pasta and spinach mixture. Finish with macaroni. Add the melted butter and place it in a preheated oven.

After 5 minutes, remove it and pour on the mixture, made of beaten eggs and milk. Bake a little longer, until the topping is browned.
