Ingredients

  • lettuce - 1 pc. (the tender core)
  • onion - 1/2 medium - sized onion (for salads, not spicy)
  • tuna - 5.3 oz (150 g), canned
  • anchovies - 6 - 8 pcs. (marinated)
  • olives - 10 - 12 pcs. (green, pitted)
  • olives - 2 - 3 pcs. (black, for decoration)
  • mayonnaise - 5 tbsp. with a tip
  • lemon juice - the juice from 1/2 lemon
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Wash the leaves from the core of the lettuce. Strain them well or dry them with kitchen paper. If desired, you can also use Iceberg lettuce.

Cut them into large pieces and place them in a bowl.

Strain the tuna from the liquid or fat from the tin. Cut the marinated fish into pieces.

Cut the onions into thin crescents and along with the fish and green olives put them in the bowl with the lettuce.

Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and as much salt as you like. Pour it in the salad and stir to spread the mayonnaise sauce well.

Transfer it into a salad bowl and garnish it with whole marinated anchovies and black olives.
