How to make
Beat the eggs along with the sugar and a pinch of salt into a fluffy foam.
Mash or blend the banana along with the butter and yogurt and add the egg mixture while beating constantly.
Sift the flour in portions along with the baking powder and mix gently with a wooden spoon until it has completely integrated.
Finally, add the chopped walnuts and stir again lightly with two or three movements.
Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
After removing it from the oven, wait 10 minutes and leave it to cool on a wire rack.
For the chocolate topping, melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath with a spoonful of milk and mix with the chopped walnuts.
Pour it over the sponge cake and leave it for another 20-30 minutes to cool completely. Enjoy!
