How to make
In a bowl, mix the flaxseed, coconut and almond flour, salt and soda.
In a deep bowl, beat the egg and egg whites into a frothy mixture with a mixer. Add the warm water and apple cider vinegar.
Mix the dry and liquid mixture. Stir well. Leave it for for 5 minutes.
A thick, sticky mixture is obtained.
Scoop with a spoon from it and place the scoops at a distance in a greased pan with a non-stick coating. Use coconut oil, olive oil or butter for greasing. If you do not have such baking pan, use baking paper.
Sprinkle them with poppy seeds on top.
Bake the bread buns in a preheated oven at 350°F (175 degrees) with the fan on until they're fully baked.
