  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • wholemeal flour - 1.7 oz (50 g) or another one of choice
  • peanut butter - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • agave syrup - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) or another sweetener
  • chia seeds - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

How to make

Soak the chia seeds in a cup of water.

Beat the eggs in a bowl.

Add the remaining products and stir.

When the chia seeds have swollen, add them and mix everything well again.

From the resulting mixture, form cookies using a mold and place them in a baking pan onto baking paper.

Bake the dietary peanut cookies in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) until they're fully baked.
