  • water - 4 tbsp (60 ml)
  • For the jelly
  • cherry jam - 1.2 oz (35 g)
  • gelatin - 1 tsp.

How to make

For the cookies:

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the cookies and mix well.

Form the peanut cookies in a tray onto baking paper, by making a hole in the middle, and put them to bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for approximately 7-8 minutes.

For the jelly:

Pour the gelatin into a cup of water and leave it to swell.
