How to make
Chop the onion and braise it in a little oil with the finely chopped mushrooms. Once soft, add the chopped pepper, season it with spices and remove from the heat.
Allow it to cool slightly and stir the mixture with thin strips of finely chopped pickles, minced meat, eggs and spices. Knead the mince well, form round meatballs, roll them in flour and fry them in hot oil evenly.
Optionally, you can bake them in a tray in the oven. Serve with a side of sauteed vegetables of your choice.
