  • macaroni - 7 oz (200 g)
  • spinach - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • milk - 2 1/2 cups
  • butter - 3 tablespoons
  • eggs - 3
  • flour - 1 tablespoon

How to make

The spinach is cleaned and washed very well. Stew it in the butter and a little water until soft. In 1 cup of milk, dissolve the flour, pour it in to the spinach and salt. Boil the macaroni in salted water.

They are taken out and drained well. Half of them are poured into a greased tray. On top, evenly spread the spinach and top it with the remaining macaroni.

Beat the remaining milk, eggs, add salt, pour them over the pasta and bake.
