How to make
Cut the puff pastry into squares with sides a little longer than the length of a vienna sausage. Place the sausages on top, wrap the dough on both sides and form it into a small roll.
Brush the surface with beaten egg and wrap the roll with thin slices of bacon. Arrange the bites in a pan with a non-stick bottom.
Bake in an oven, preheated to 390°F (200 °C).
