"Super tasty dish with zucchini with rice and of course - a little garlic as an extra"

Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 small carrot
  • rice - 9 oz (250 g)
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • olive oil - about 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • vegetable seasoning - 1 tbsp.
  • parsley - 2 pinches (dry or fresh)
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Peel the zucchini and cut them into thin circles.

Heat some olive oil and cook the zucchini in it until they're nicely browned on both sides.

Remove them and pour 5 tablespoons of olive oil in the same pan. Fry the chopped carrots and garlic, but be careful not to burn them.

Add the washed rice to the pan and fry it as well, by seasoning the mixture with a little salt and black pepper.

Pour a little olive oil on the bottom of the baking pan. Put a row of zucchini and pour the fried rice on top.

Pour water (you can see on the package what the ratio of water:rice is).

Sprinkle with the universal spice, stir and arrange the remaining fried zucchini on top.

Preheat the oven to 370°F (190 degrees). Bake the rice until it's ready and the liquid evaporates.

The lean zucchini with rice and garlic are very tasty!
