Ingredients

  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • chopped leeks - 2 stalks
  • shrimp - 10 pcs. (with shells)
  • white pepper
  • hot paprika
  • sherry - 2 tbsp.
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • sesame oil - 1 tbsp.

measures

How to make

Clean the king prawns without removing the skin. Marinate them for 15 minutes with ginger, soy sauce and sherry. Strain them. Clean the leek, cut it diagonally into a thickness of 1.5 cm.

Soak the leeks in water and strain them after they are cleaned well.

Turn on the wok at a high temperature. Add the garlic, king prawns, peanut butter and stir until they change color, about 2 minutes.

Take out the seafood and set it aside. Pour the leeks into a deep frying pan, season them with salt, black pepper, sesame oil and stir. Place the king prawns back into the wok pan and cook them for about 30 seconds.

The Wok-Fried King Prawns are easy and quick to prepare.
