Blend the tofu in a kitchen appliance until you have a smooth mixture.
Add the remaining products and blend them along with the tofu until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Leave the cream in the refrigerator for a few hours to cool.
Before serving it, distribute it in cups and between the rows of pudding - peeled peanuts, coconut, caramelized banana or dried banana are placed, but that's optional.
For the caramelized banana, cut the banana into circles and place it on the stove at medium heat with a little sugar and stir until it caramelizes.
The banana and tofu pudding is ready.
